Trinity High School – Enrollment Verification & New Student Registration

2026-2027 

❖Returning HEBISD Student Enrollment Verification (Online Forms): July 13, 2026

❖Returning Students: Those who finished last school year at an HEBISD school.   

Snap Codes will be emailed to the Guardian 1 in Skyward on July 13, and Enrollment Verification begins.  All returning HEB students must complete the Enrollment Verification process. 

• All returning HEB students must complete the online Enrollment Verification forms between July 13 and 23, before attending New Trojan Night. 
• Attend New Trojan Night to pick up a temporary schedule and student ID, and purchase a 2026 - 2027 parking sticker. Counselors will be available to answer questions about student schedules.

• Registration will be in the auditorium in the F building (Fine Arts). 

❖Registration Dates/Times: Pick up a temporary schedule. 

Extended Late Registration Session: August 3rd, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (all students)

❖New Student Online Registration (Pre-enrollment online forms): July 14, 2026       

• New Students: Those who finished last school year in a school outside of HEBISD. 
• See the district website at www.hebisd.edu for the link on July 14th. 

All students new to HEB (those who did not finish the last school year in HEBISD) must register as new students. 

• Once the pre-enrollment process is completed, the counseling office will call to schedule registration appointments. 
• Please call 817-399-3661 for pre-enrollment or registration assistance. 

❖New Trojan Night: August 10, 2026, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM 

• New Trojan Night allows students new to Trinity to meet administrators and counselors, walk their schedule, join or learn about Trinity’s clubs/organizations and PTA, and attend the 2026 - 2027 kick-off pep rally.
