Trinity High School – Enrollment Verification & New Student Registration

2025-2026 

❖Returning HEBISD Student Enrollment Verification (Online Forms): July 7 – July 20

 Returning Students: Those who finished last school year at an HEBISD school.   

Snap Codes will be emailed to the Guardian 1 in Home Access Center (HAC) on July 7, and Enrollment Verification begins.  All returning HEB students must complete the Enrollment Verification process. 

  • All returning HEB students must complete the online Enrollment Verification forms between July 7 and 20, before attending Trojan (T’s-Up). 
  • Attend Trojan (T’s-Up) to pick up a temporary schedule, student ID, and to purchase a 2025-26 parking sticker. Counselors will be available to answer questions about student schedules.

  • Registration will take place in the auditorium of the F building (Fine Arts). 

Trojans T’s -Up Dates/Times: Pick up temporary schedule. Designated by the student’s birth month. 

July 30 – Seniors and Juniors

10:15 am – April - June

11:30 am – July – September

12:45 pm – October – December

 

July 31 – Sophomores

Extended Late Registration Session: 5:00 -7:00 pm (all students)

 

❖New Student Online Registration (Pre-enrollment online forms): July 8 – August 1       

New Students: Those who finished last school year in a school outside of HEBISD. 

 

All students new to HEB (those who did not finish the last school year in HEBISD) must register as new students. 

  • Once the pre-enrollment process is completed, the counseling office will call to schedule registration appointments. 
  • Please call 817-399-3661 for pre-enrollment or registration assistance. 

❖New Trojan Night Orientation: August 11, 2025, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm 

  • New Trojan Night Orientation allows students new to Trinity to meet the Trinity Administration, walk their schedule, join or learn about Trinity’s clubs/organizations, PTA, and attend the 2025-26 kick-off pep rally.
